24229 Neece Avenue, Torrance, CA 90505
Walteria SFR + ADU – Sold $2,260,000
The top home sale of the month in Torrance was, once again, a large home with an ADU. The main home was custom built in 1989 and extensively updated since. The home offered 4 bedrooms along with 3 1/2 baths. Upon entering you were greeted with soaring ceiling and a beautiful curved staircase. 3 of the bedrooms, including the primary suite, was upstairs with an additional guest room downstairs. The home had a spacious and bright interior and outdoor areas were impressive as well.
The detached ADU over the rear garage featured 1 bedroom and 1 bath. Great as a rental, extended stay, college kids returning and more.

it’s on the hillside of the PV peninsula it’s quite different from the “flatlands” below. As there’s only one real road in or out it’s a quiet little neighborhood and given the hillside location homes often have great city views.
the hill on the Palos Verdes peninsula and feels far removed from the “flat land” of the rest of Torrance. It’s a bit out of the way which is good and bad….as it’s does add to drive time for commuters. The home has been nicely remodeled and has some great city views from the front yard and front of the home.
