New to the market is a 2 bedroom condo in one of our favorite 55+ senior complexes.  Village Court at 21345 Hawthorne Blvd (despite the address it’s not actually on Hawthorne) is a senior complex built in 2005 by Anastasi Construction.  They did a nice job of given it a feeling more of a resort with a very nice social spaces on the pool deck.  Resort style pool, spa, bbq area as well as indoor spaces including gym, billiards room and clubhouse.  The condo is new enough to still offer what today’s buyers are looking for.  Enjoy granite counters, stainless steel appiances, recessed lights, a/c and more.

Village Court is our favorite 55+ senior building in the South Bay.  It has a resort feel and despite the address of Hawthorne Blvd (it’s not really on Hawthorne Blvd) it’s in a great location.  The building is central to everything and shopping and dining is just steps away.  The building is newer, built in 2005 by Anastasi, and still has the features that you’ll find in new construction.  The building offers a beautiful pool and spa area, billards room, fitness center and more.  The unit is a rare 3 bedroom with over 1,300 square feet.

Top Torrance Home Sale of February – 4218 Konya Dr Sells at $1,785,000

The top Torrance home sale of February was a 4 bed/3 bath single family home in West Torrance located at 4218 Konya Drive 90503.  The home was a bit deceptive as the interior didn’t really match the exterior.   Built in 1978 the home definitely looked like a 70s build from the outside but had a nicely updated interior with high ceilings and great light.  The home was listed for $1,795,000 and closed just under that at $1,785,000.

2021 Year in Review – West Torrance Real Estate Review

What a year it was for home sales and home prices in the neighborhood of West Torrance 90503.  There were 114 on MLS homes that sold during 2o21.  The average “list” price was $1,112,991 with the average “sold” price at $1,174,751 meaning that homes generally sold WAY WAY over the asking price. The average price per foot was $703 with the average days on market a VERY brief 11 before going into pending status.   See the 2021 home sales in other Torrance neighborhoods.
