Keith was an absolute pleasure to work with! I honestly couldn’t imagine selling or buying any property without him. This was my first time selling a home and just the thought of it stressed me out, but Keith made time to meet me in person and immediately put my mind at ease! He is extremely knowledgeable and as professional as they come. There wasn’t a day that went by that he didn’t keep me posted on everything that was going on. He staged the home beautifully and the photographer he works with took incredible photos. I was very impressed! The home had several offers after the first showing and that’s all it took! Less than a month later my wife and I are working with Keith again, and he’s doing just as great a job as our buying agent, helping us close on our dream home in just a couple weeks! Keith went above & beyond to help us find our dream condo in Redondo Beach The Villages. Keith was constantly on the lookout for a condo that would be the right fit for us. Once we found the home we loved, he worked diligently to secure it for us. Keith never pushed us to do anything outside of our comfort zone and he was our advocate during the negotiation process of buying a home. He responded to our calls, texts & emails promptly and was very accommodating of our tight schedule when we would travel out to the South Bay to look at properties. There is not enough words to explain the outstanding experience I have had with “Super Agent” Keith Kyle. I have purchased two homes with Keith and one as the seller. Each time Keith went above and beyond my expectations as an agent. Zillow Review – Our experience selling our home with Keith Kyle was amazing! We had heard that he’s the “go-to” guy for seller who can’t/don’t want to be involved in the minutiae (repairs, staging, etc) of the sale of their home, and everyone was right! Due to a prior relocation, we were selling our home while living 500 miles away! Keith made the process so simple, from helping coordinate minor repairs and painting, to staging our home and enabling us to get top dollar for the neighborhood. Through all the stresses of selling he always kept a cool head and calmly walked us through the process. This wasn’t our first property sale, but it’s definitely been the smoothest. We would highly recommend Keith to anyone who doesn’t want to be stressed out selling their home. He’s really a stand-up guy.
