One of the Riviera Elementary School reasons homes in Torrance are under such demand is that the school district is so strong. From fantastic neighborhood elementary schools to the highly ranked high schools, the district has a lot to offer and always ranks high in state test scores. Both South and West High were named one of the Top 500 Public High Schools by Newsweek.
