76 Torrance Homes Sell in March at $1,116,670 Average

Torrance Real Estate Market Report for March 2025Redondo Beach homes for sale

As expected things picked up a bit in terms of the number of homes that sold in Torrance.  There were 76 on market home sales in March 2025 compared with 57 in February.

The average “list” price of the homes that sold  was $1,109,146 with the average sold price at $1,116,670 which was down just a bit from the average price of $1,150,939 in February.

The average dollar per square foot for the homes that sold was $764 which was very similar to the $766 in February.  Days on market, or DOM, was a brief 28 before selling and median days on market was only 10.

The latest home to hit the market in the gated communities of Plaza Del Amo is a nicely maintained and updated 2 bedroom townhome in Springwood.  The home is priced at $859,900 which appears to be appropriate based on the most recentt sales in the gated community.

The home is listed by Lisa Levin of Vista Sotheby’s International Realty.
