Welcome to the 55+ community of Courtyard Villa Estates located at 3970 Sepulveda Blvd in south Torrance.   This is a newer building having been built in 2007 and it consists of 42 mostly 2 bedroom condos with much larger square footage than in other buildings and complexes.  Square footage ranges from 1,420 to 2,129 so there is nothing small about the interiors.

As it’s fairly new construction the units have most of the features that buyers are looking for these days with most units offering hardwood floors in the entry, large and open kitchens with islands, granite counters, stainless appliances, recessed lights, jacuzzi tubs in the primary, central heat and A/C and in unit laundry.
