The newest listing in Torrance is a beautiful Santa Barbara style estate in the Seaside Ranchos neighborhood of south Torrance. Sitting on a
spacious 8,565 sq foot lot, the home offers impressive indoor and outdoor areas in one of the most sought after neighborhoods in all of the South Bay.
One of our favorite neighborhoods in Torrance and the South Bay is a small pocket known as Victoria Knolls…..and it’s a bit of a secret. As
it’s on the hillside of the PV peninsula it’s quite different from the “flatlands” below. As there’s only one real road in or out it’s a quiet little neighborhood and given the hillside location homes often have great city views.
The latest addition to the Torrance real estate market is a 4 bed, 3 bath single family home located at 2707 Grand Summit and priced at $1,325,000. It’s in very nice condition and has almost 2,100 square feet with some really nice views so we don’t envision this one lasting too long.

It was a great year in real estate with 68 on market (MLS) home, townhome and condo sales during the year. The average list price was $1,107,000 with the average sold price at $1,175,000 meaning homes generally sold WAY over the asking price. Homes averaged only 17 days on the market before going into escrow. The 5 lowest priced home sales were all in the 55+ senior condo complex of Village Court at 21345 Hawthorne Blvd.
