84 Home Sales in Torrance in June with almost $1,250,000 Avg

Torrance Real Estate Market Report for June 2025Village on Oak townhomes in Torrance

Torrance bucked the trend as it was one of the only South Bay cities that saw a month over month increase in the number of homes that sold from May.  There were 84 closed escrows in June compared to 80 in May.

Search the current homes for sale in Torrance

Prices were even more impressive.  The average “list” price of the homes that sold  was $1,233,058 with the average sold price at $1,242,082  compared with $1,118,059 in May,  $1,172,547 in April and  $1,116,670 in March.

The average dollar per square foot for the homes that sold was $772  compared to $760 in May.  Days on market, or DOM, was a brief 28 before selling..
