Highest Priced Home We’ve Ever Seen in Central Torrance

There is definitely some optimism from sellers in this part of Torrance as another record setting listing just hit the market.  We thought that the list price of $2,275,000 for 23313 Almarosa in Marble Estates was pretty bold but that was nothing compared to 1509 Elm in central Torrance listing at almost $3,000,000!

This price would FAR EXCEED any past sale in this general area of Torrance and would be the highest priced home ever.  The current record is $2,498,888 for an almost 5,000 square foot Mediterranean inspired home at 2619 West 232nd Street which sold in 2022.

1509 Elm Avenue is listed by Steven Mansour of WestCoast Realty & Management .

The property actually consists of a main home and an ADU in the rear.  The main home features 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bath and has been extensively updated and reimagined.  The property also features a detached 997 square foot ADU with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as it’s own covered patio.

In our opinion it’s a very interesting opportunity but we don’t believe homes in this neighborhood anywhere near support this price so we’ll keep an eye on this one.
