One of our favorite neighborhoods in Torrance and the South Bay is a small pocket known as Victoria Knolls…..and it’s a bit of a secret.  As it’s on the hillside of the PV peninsula it’s quite different from the “flatlands” below.  As there’s only one real road in or out it’s a quiet little neighborhood and given the hillside location homes often have great city views.

Historic Clifford Reid House Hits the Market Once Again in the Hollywood Riviera

We’ve posted about this home in the past but the price at the time kept it from selling and now it’s back in a very unusual and rare “auction”.
