Hopefully this is an indication of a slightly calmer market on the horizon but we’ve seen several months in a row now of increased number of homes hitting the market, an increased number of homes going into escrow (due to more homes being available), and increased number of homes closing escrow.

lot in the Seaside Ranchos area of south Torrance. The home sold WAY over list price. It was originally listed at $1,899,000 and sold for $2,300,000 which is pretty amazing for a home with only 2 bathrooms and less than 2,000 square feet. Having said that it was beautifully remodeled/flipped and the location was tough to beach.
