Torrance Real Estate Market Report for November 2025Torrance duplexes for sale

Welcome to the real estate market recap for home sales and home prices in Torrance CA last month.  It was a bit of a slower month with 68 homes sold at average price of $1,027,329 .  That was well down from the 96 homes that closed escrow in both October and September.

Search the current homes for sale in Torrance

The average “list” price of the homes that sold  was $1,027,329 with the average sold price at $1,024,030  which was a healthy drop from$1,116,238 in October and even more from  $1,187,943 in September.

The average dollar per square foot for the homes that sold was $701 compared to $733 in October and $762 in September.  Days on market, or DOM, was a brief 36 days before going into escrow.

The recent sale of this 3 bedroom townhome set the all time record for this townhome community in Old Torrance.  The $1,260,000 price eclipsed the previous record sale of $1,258,000 which was set in 2023.

The home was listed at $1,240,000 and went into escrow after only 4 days on market.

Torrance Real Estate Market Report for August 2025South Torrance homes

Torrance real estate had a solid month but  both the number of homes that sold and the prices they sold for dropped from a very impressive July.  August saw a month over month decrease in the number of homes that sold  with 82 closed home sales in August compared with 92 sold homes in July and 84 in June.

The average “list” price of the homes that sold  was $1,103,751 with the average sold price at $1,110,152 which was a pretty big drop from the very impressive $1,206,739 average in July and $1,242,082 in June.

The average dollar per square foot for the homes that sold was $718 in August compared to $742 in July and $772 in June.  Days on market, or DOM, was a respectable 39 before going into escrow.

There must be something in the air as this is the second townhome to list in the past 7 days in the gated community of The Village on Oak located just across the street from Wilson Park.  Information on the most recent addition to the market is below.  The other was a slightly smaller 3 bedroom townhome unit at 2303 Jefferson #1208 that just listed for $1,195,000
