The top sale of the month was a historic 1930 Spanish style home with an 2 bedroom + office ADU on one of old Torrance’s great tree lined streets. This one was a testament to a hot market as they were originally priced on the lower end but still appropriate…..despite that the home sold for $305,000 over list price. The home was very well maintained and upgraded but it was by no means newer construction and this is a huge price for Old Torrance. Congrats to the sellers and good job by the listing agents!

Unlike the other unit that was a top floor location this one is a 1st floor unit so not much of a view but easier access to the pool and facilities. Although the address is 21345 Hawthorne Blvd, the building is actually far off the busy street.
