Welcome to the 55+ community of Courtyard Villa Estates located at 3970 Sepulveda Blvd in south Torrance.   This is a newer building having been built in 2007 and it consists of 42 mostly 2 bedroom condos with much larger square footage than in other buildings and complexes.  Square footage ranges from 1,420 to 2,129 so there is nothing small about the interiors.
