July 3, 2018 by Keith Kyle

Home staging is an important part of the preparation process when selling a house.  Whether fully staging the home using a professional stager, or simply de-cluttering and adding something to the owners current furniture, staging can make the difference between a home selling quickly and sitting on the market.  Here are a few pointers to help prepare your Torrance home for sale.  If you have given any thought to selling your home in Torrance or the South Bay, we can help.  Contact us for information on how we sell homes or find the value of your home in Torrance CA.

Suddenly the Whole Street is On Sale – Camino De Encanto in the Hollywood Riviera

February 9, 2017 by Keith Kyle

By Keith Kyle

It’s not often that we see homes come on the market in the lower Hollywood Riviera neighborhood that’s west of Palos Verdes Blvd.  Occassionally we see a home or two and more often than not, there is nothing on the market in this area.

That certainly couldn’t be further from the case at the moment as there are 4 homes for sale on Camino De Encanto in the Hollywood Riviera.

There are current 4 homes on the market and all are within a 1/2 block.  This is pretty unheard of an probably not ideal for any of the homes as when buyers have options….they want to negotiate.

New Real Estate Website for the Hollywood Riviera

August 29, 2016 by Keith Kyle

We’ve created a new website geared specificially to the Hollywood Riviera area of Torrance. The Hollywood Rivera is one of our favorite areas in all of the South Bay with great views, proximity to the beach, ideal weather, a wonderful neighborhood feel, and somewhat restrictive building codes keeping the homes appropriate for the lot sizes and protecting the views.

To see real estate and homes for sale in the Hollywood Riviera visit out new real estate website.

Torrance Median Home Prices for February 2016

April 24, 2016 by Keith Kyle

By Keith Kyle

Torrance, CA and the South Bay saw another strong month for home prices although a few cities saw big percentage drops in average home prices.  Those numbers, especially in smaller cities, or in a month with fewer home sales, don’t really mean much, but taken over times gives a good indication as to what is happening in the local Torrance real estate market.

Torrance had a slightly lower than average month with 85 home sales, with median home prices in the mid $500,000’s.
