The top home sale of May in Torrance CA was an incredible single family home on a rise in the neighborhood of Southwood. Sitting on
a massive corner lot of almost 11,000 feet the home offered both incredible indoor and outdoor spaces. This was the type of home we only see in the larger lots of Seaside Ranchos in South Torrance so it was extremely unique for the Southwood area in terms of size, lot size and location.
