February was a great month for real estate in Torrance with 76 home sales compared to the 71 sold in February 2020. The median sales price was $808,000 with and average days on market of 21.

Welcome to our community spotlight for one of the great gated communities in the Plaza Del Amo area of Torrance CA.
SummerWind is the largest of the gated communities in the Plaza Del Amo area of Torrance and offers a community feel with enough space to really feel like a neighborhood. The high water market for Torrance home sales was a beautiful single family home with 5 bedrooms, 4 baths and a bit over 3,600 square feet on a 10,000+ foot lot. The home was priced $2,349,000 and closed at $2,350,000.

What a year it was for real estate and home sales in Torrance during 2020.
Without question it was a fantastic year for real estate, home sales and home prices in city of Torrance CA. Here’s just a quick recap of some key numbers. There were 1144 on market home sales during 2020 compared with 1204 in 2019. The median sales price was an impressive $835,000. Homes that sold only averaged 24 days on market before selling.
