It was a HUGE month for the real estate market in Torrance CA during April 2021. There were 137 on market home sales (closing escrow) during the month with another 138 going into escrow. That’s pretty unbelievable. The bad news is that new listings are most definitely not keeping up and there were only 57 active listings later in the month which spells trouble for home buyers in the area. Homes averaged only 13 days on market before selling and the median sales price was an impressive $923,000.
