Torrance Recap – January Real Estate Market By the Numbers

February 20, 2022 by Keith Kyle

Let’s take a quick look at the Torrance real estate market for the month of January 2022.  It was definitely a slower month in terms of homes that closed escrow with only 75 on market home sales.  This was not unexpected as the number of homes that went pending in December was very low.  It was not an indication that the market is slowing at all and actually was due to the record low inventory of homes for sale towards the end of 2021.  The median sales price was $915,000 and homes averaged a very brief 20 days before going into pending status.  See how this compares with other months on our Torrance real estate market trends and statistics area.
