There was a slight slowdown in home sales this year primarily due to the lack of active homes for sale in November. Overall there were 111 closed home sales in December 2021 compared with 123 in December of 2020. The median sales price was $900,000 for the homes, townhomes and condos that closed during the month. Homes averaged a very short 15 days on market before going into escrow.
