It’s been a good 2 days if you’re a home buyer looking for a condo in the gated community of Windemere in the Plaza Del Amo area of Torrance.
The two homes to hit the market are a 1 bed 1.5 bath at 2559 Plaza Del Amo Unit#213 priced at $569,000 and a 2 bed 2 bath at 2567 Plaza Del Amo Unit#210 priced at $738,000. There is a big $50,000 per unit special assessement but according to the listings both have already been paid off.
What separates Windmere from some of the other neighboring complex are the abundance of amenities. Windemere offers it’s residents fantastic public areas including a heated pool, heated lap pool, 2 jacuzzis, sauna, fitness center/gym, indoor raquetball court, game room with pool and ping pong tables, clubhouse with kitchen, and 24-hour gated securiity.
