Things Heating Up – 72 Sold Homes in Torrance During April

After a few very slow months the real estate market in Torrance CA definitely picked up some steam.   There were  72 closed home sales during April 2023 which was down a bit from 80 in March but still a much stronger month than January and February.

The average “asking” price  was a very impressive $986,920 with the average sold price at $997,355 meaning that homes generally sold above full price.

The average dollar per square foot for the homes that sold in March was $676 and the average days on market was a very brief 27 before going into pending status.
